Death is fundamental, yet we are taught to focus solely on living, often ignoring or pushing aside the reality of dying. To live fully and healthily, we must embrace and understand both—life and death.
What is Death Coaching?
Death coaching is a process of guided conversations and reflections aimed at helping individuals understand, accept, and embrace mortality. It is not therapy or counseling but a supportive space to explore the realities of death, dying, and the questions that arise around them. Through this work, we address fears, examine beliefs, and seek clarity—allowing for greater peace and intention in life.In these sessions, there are no assumptions or judgments. The focus is on what is real and meangful.
